When to wash/sanny your hands
After coming home from anywhere
Before touching anything that will be eaten
Right before eating (after touching all the serving spoons, and chaffier dishes.)
After handling money, credit cards, and keys
After shaking hands
After touching a door knob
After using the bathroom
After blowing your nose
After handling the refrigerator door
The entire time you are grocery shopping
Using a pen or pencil that is not yours (or the one you carry in your purse/wallet)
Using a teller or debit card machine
Typing on a keyboard (yes, even after using your keyboard)
Looking through a magazine at the Dr’s office or Spa (that is if you dare to handle such an item)
After getting a manicure or pedicure (feet need sanitizing too)
After trying on clothes
After using a hand rail
The entire time you are on an airplane
Before touching your face (every time)
During your drives in the car (touching steering wheel, keys, etc)
After looking through your mail
Before eating anything
After brushing and flossing your teeth
After handling dirty cloths in the laundry room
After changing a diaper, either your baby’s or Grandpa’s
After handling raw meat
Before unloading the dishwasher
After loading the dishwasher
After handling the telephone
After touching the family pet
After using a shopping cart
After riding each ride at amusement parks
After signing for packages via UPS etc.
After using the T.V. remote (video game controls etc)
After touching light switches
After handling your child’s school bag (school is the front line of germ terror)
Flipping-off your neighbor for flinging poop on your patio
